We are not accepting facility rentals at this time. This will be re-evaluated as recommendations change and in accordance with Provincial guidelines on indoor gatherings and social distancing protocols.

The Board Room

The Board Room space is located downstairs inside the Visitor Info Centre/main administration building. It has two large tables and seating for approximately eight to ten people in a “round table” style. It also has a washroom, partial kitchen amenities (shared with staff), and a Smart TV available for use. Ideal use for small breakout sessions, board meetings, or small community groups.

During regular business hours it is available by donation to members of the community.

After hours rental is based on availability and is $150/4 hours.

Knox Presbyterian Church

The Church is available for rent for groups and is equipped with a projector with HDMI hookup and large screen, lapel microphones and speakers, a raised stage, and has pew seating for up to 80 people. Washroom facilities are in an adjacent building. Ideal for large group presentations or seminars, annual general meetings, and our favourite…weddings!

Please note that food is not permitted in Knox Presbyterian Church, however we do allow non-alcoholic beverages and can provide coffee and tea for guests. Based on availability of the space, food may be served in the nearby Ing Gallery space.

During regular business hours, Knox Presbyterian Church is available for rent for $100/4 hours.

After hours rental is based on availability and is $150/4 hours.

The Ing Gallery

The Ing Gallery is an open concept, multi-use space. It can fit approx. four to six 6-foot tables is ideal for larger group meetings, first aid courses, mixer events, or as additional space for your events held in Knox Church. Tables, chairs, and coffee/tea making supplies are available for us in this space and food is permitted in the Ing Gallery. Washroom available in an adjacent building. Please note that while the space will be closed to the public for your use, it is semi-private with open doorways.

The Ing Gallery often hosts art exhibits, temporary in-house exhibits, as well as museum programming and events, and as such is subject to availability.

During regular business hours, the Ing Gallery is available for rent for $100/4 hours.

After hours rental is based on availability and is $150/4 hours.

Outdoor Spaces

If you would like to use our heritage gardens or the McCaig historic house as the backdrop for your wedding, graduation, or family photos we ask that you consider making a small donation to the Museum to contribute toward the upkeep of these spaces.

Film Crews

We love hosting film crews in our facility! Please call and inquire with management if you would like to use our site for your upcoming television or film project.
