The Carstairs Heritage Centre has eleven permanent displays and two rotating exhibit spaces. The main museum, open year-round, is composed of Roulston Hall, the Knox Presbyterian Church, the Pointen and Ing Galleries, and the Community Galley. Our four outdoor buildings are accessible by request during the winter and are open full-time in the summer.
Along with these we have a heritage garden, with flowers and produce that would have been grown in the area around the turn of the 19th century. The main admiration office also houses our Alberta Accredited and the Visitor Information Centre, where we will be happy to help you plan a trip with you.
The Pointen and Ing Galleries are dedicated to our rotating exhibits and art installations. Check out their pages for current displays in these galleries.
