36th Annual Pioneer Dinner, Dance & Pie Auction Update

We wish to extend our deepest appreciation and thank you for all the incredible Carstairs & area community members who came out on February 14th, 2025 for our annual fundraiser – the Valentine’s Pioneer Dinner, Dance & Pie Auction!

We thank everyone who participated in the pie and baking auction – funds raised go towards supporting our museum and its service to our vibrant community. We also thank the West Carstairs 4-H Club and everyone who volunteered to help set up, the Olds Auction Mart professional auctioneers, plus everyone who generously made a contribution for the auction.

We thank The Plaiders for their performance, and all who came out to support us, dance, and have a good time.

At the same time, we are thinking of everyone who could not come. We recognize it is our community members who have helped sustain our small town museum, and the memories and efforts of the people the who have called Carstairs home over the years.

Thank you for your support, it is you who helps make our museum what it is. We are grateful to be part of this community and to hold the special role of honouring the history of Carstairs, and be part of shaping its future history.
