The Ing Gallery
The Ing is the museum’s rotating gallery space. It hosts museum curated exhibits, touring exhibitions and extended art shows. When not in use the gallery is available to the community.
December 2019- no exhibits, Museum closed Dec. 21- Jan. 5
January- Carstairs Elementary Students, ‘My Favourite Artifacts’ Projects
March- Aakii isskska’takssin (Woman- thought)- a photography exhibit that examines the theme of ‘story’ within the context of Blackfoot traditional teachings and cultural expression of aakii artists applied in a contemporary context. On loan from the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.

September - Custom Woolen Mills Artist in Residence
Music at the Museum Concert Series
The series runs September through November and January through April- usually the last Sunday of the month at 2pm. We strongly recommend calling the museum to reserve your seats in advance.
Tickets are $20 for adults, free for kids under 12; all proceeds go to the artists.

Reminisce - Guest Speaker Series
This series runs October through November and January through May. Typically the third Tuesday of the month at 7pm (unless posted otherwise). Light refreshments served.
